    10 weeks of strength training content (2 workouts per week) aimed to improved overall running performance and reduce your risk of injury. Video demonstrations included.

  • Core and Mobility Routines

    These are aimed to be supplementary to your strength training routines and involves training essential mobility and trunk strength for runners.

  • Barbell with Weight (can be replaced with kettlebell or dumbbell if needed)
